Matryoshka, babushka doll or Russian Nesting Dolls… whatever you call them, I adore them. I have a few in my collection including a black set I have yet felt brave enough to paint. They gave me so much joy as a child, I remember opening and restacking them over and over again. There is magic in handmade wooden toys that transcend time ♥
